Introduction: Crypto Dingue is a trading indicator service available exclusively on TradingView.com. Designed to help users make better trading decisions, Crypto Dingue empowers traders, whether experienced or novice, to trade confidently and avoid emotional decisions that can lead to losses. It serves as the perfect tool to guide users towards success in the markets.

Payment: Users may choose to pay for the service either on a monthly or 6 months basis, with prices listed in USD. The pricing options are as follows:

All prices are in USD, and taxes will be added where applicable.

User Conduct: Crypto Dingue users agree that the signals provided are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes of any sort. This includes reselling, redistributing signals, or using the service to create paid groups without explicit consent from Crypto Dingue.

Communication: Crypto Dingue will primarily communicate with users via email, though other communication channels such as TradingView or direct messages may be used upon user request.

Liability: Crypto Dingue shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the service. However, Crypto Dingue can be held liable in case of a breach of contract.

Cancellation and refunds for website purchases

A free trial is available before purchase. The reduced six-month price reflects a longer commitment. These rules apply to new purchases made under these terms; earlier purchases retain the terms presented when they were made.

  • Monthly access: change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for a voluntary refund. You can use access until its end date.
  • Six-month access: you may request a refund for unused access before it expires. Email support@cryptodingue.com from the purchase address with your TradingView username, payment reference and reason. Never send a password or card number.
  • Early-end calculation: access already supplied is recalculated at the package’s standard monthly price at the time of purchase, prorated using 30 days per month. That amount is subtracted from the price paid before tax. One processing deduction applies to the positive remainder: 15% of that remainder, with a minimum of USD 20. The deduction cannot exceed the remainder; the refund cannot be negative and no additional amount is owed.
  • Example: for a USD 150 six-month Simple purchase after 30 days of access, USD 30 covers access supplied. The remainder is USD 120; the deduction is USD 20 (the minimum exceeds 15% of USD 120). The voluntary refund would be USD 100, before any applicable tax adjustment.
  • Processing: we confirm the calculation, access dates used and access end before processing a refund through the original payment method. Used access is counted from activation, not a pending trial request. Support response delays must not be added to used time after your early-end request.
  • Undelivered access or service problems: contact us so we can resolve the issue. If we cannot supply the purchased access, the undelivered portion is refunded without this voluntary processing deduction. A trading loss does not by itself establish a service defect.
  • Applicable rights: voluntary exclusions and deductions do not limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer protection law. Tax adjustments follow applicable requirements. Any legally required refund follows those requirements rather than the voluntary restrictions above.
  • Future TradingView purchases: purchases made directly on TradingView are governed by the payment and refund terms TradingView presents for that purchase. This website policy does not replace them.

Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided through Crypto Dingue, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to Crypto Dingue and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content provided through the service without prior written consent from Crypto Dingue.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions, along with any disputes arising from the use of Crypto Dingue, shall be governed by the laws of Canada.

Changes to the Terms of Service: Crypto Dingue reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Users must accept the updated terms to continue using the service. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review the terms of service.

Privacy Policy

Introduction: We are committed to protecting the privacy of our users and customers. This privacy policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Personal Information: We may collect personal information, including your name, email address, and payment details. This information is used to provide our services, including unlocking the indicator for your account. We collect only the minimum amount of information necessary to fulfill our services.

Service systems: We use our own self-hosted Mautic installation to manage signups and getting-started communications. The form’s email address, TradingView username and language are passed to that installation. Payments are processed by the payment providers selected at checkout.

Browser storage and embedded services: Checkout uses browser session storage to remember your selected package and pending payment confirmation. Embedded YouTube videos, TradingView charts and third-party news widgets can receive connection information and use their own cookies or storage under their privacy policies. You can control cookies and storage in your browser settings; blocking them may affect embedded content or checkout. No new analytics tracker is included in this website update.

Data Security: We take standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. We use secure servers and encryption technology to safeguard your data.

Data Retention: We retain user data only for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal requirements. Users may request data deletion by contacting us.
