Introduction: Crypto Dingue is a trading indicator service available exclusively on TradingView.com. Designed to help users make better trading decisions, Crypto Dingue empowers traders—whether experienced or novice—to trade confidently and avoid emotional decisions that can lead to losses. It serves as the perfect tool to guide users towards success in the markets.

Payment: Users may choose to pay for the service either on a monthly or 6 months basis, with prices listed in USD. The pricing options are as follows:

• Basic Monthly: $30
• Advanced Monthly: $60
• Premium Monthly: $270
• Business Monthly: $600
• Basic Yearly: $150 ($30 savings compared to monthly)
• Advanced Yearly: $300 ($60 savings compared to monthly)
• Premium Yearly: $1350 ($270 savings compared to monthly)
• Business Yearly: $3000 ($600 savings compared to monthly)

All prices are in USD, and taxes will be added where applicable.

User Conduct: Crypto Dingue users agree that the signals provided are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes of any sort. This includes reselling, redistributing signals, or using the service to create paid groups without explicit consent from Crypto Dingue.

Communication: Crypto Dingue will primarily communicate with users via email, though other communication channels such as TradingView or direct messages may be used upon user request.

Liability: Crypto Dingue shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the service. However, Crypto Dingue can be held liable in case of a breach of contract.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Only 6 months subscriptions are eligible for refunds. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Refund Process: To request a refund for your 6 months subscription, please contact our support team at support@cryptodingue.com. A minimum of $20 will be deducted from the refund, a 15% management fee will be applied. The management fee covers administrative costs related to processing cancellations and maintaining our services.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your 6 months subscription at any time. Once canceled, no further charges will be applied. If you cancel before the end of the billing cycle, the service will remain active until the end of the current period, and no refund will be issued.
• Non-Refundable: Once a payment has been processed for a monthly subscription, it is non-refundable.

Intellectual Property: All content and materials provided through Crypto Dingue, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by or licensed to Crypto Dingue and are protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content provided through the service without prior written consent from Crypto Dingue.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions, along with any disputes arising from the use of Crypto Dingue, shall be governed by the laws of Canada.

Changes to the Terms of Service: Crypto Dingue reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Users must accept the updated terms to continue using the service. It is the responsibility of the user to regularly review the terms of service.
